Total configured system loss in Design Summary

The Retrieve Design Summary endpoint now includes a total_configured_loss_percentage field nested under energy_production. It returns the aggregate estimated system loss — the same percentage Aurora displays in Design Mode — as a single rounded number, so you no longer need to compute it from the per-step loss_summary waterfall. The value is the compound product of all user-configured derates; shading is excluded when the simulation models it directly.
