Imagery and Lidar Metadata

Retrieve Design and Retrieve Design Request now return image_metadata and lidar_metadata alongside image_src and lidar_src. Imagery metadata includes capture date and resolution in centimeters per pixel; lidar metadata includes capture date. Availability depends on the provider and is populated only when a single active, completed source is selected.
