High-resolution Imagery by Default

With this enhancement, you will get the best available imagery loaded by default for projects created via the Aurora API. No need to assign an owner to a project to obtain high-resolution images.
Now, when you create a project using Create Project API, Aurora will automatically load the highest resolution imagery available for the site in the following order:
- Nearmap (for tenants with unlimited Nearmap access) > Google HD > Google
- Google 3D > Aurora LIDAR
Note that this change is not retroactive and affects only newly created projects.
