AI Roof Accept and Reject Controls

You can now review an AI Roof model generated via the API before it's billed. Pass defer_auto_accept on Run AI Roof to hold a completed model for up to an hour instead of auto-accepting it, then call the new Reject AI Roof endpoint to decline it. Rejecting deletes the design so nothing is billed.
